Harsh Binani is an Indian businessman and co-founder at Smartworks, India's largest Managed space provider. Harsh Binani began with a small start but always believed in reaching for the top.

Harsh is an alumni of Northwestern University -Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in business studies. He is an Economics graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.


He also holds an CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in investments, risk management and retirement planning.


Harsh Binani started his career by taking advantage of opportunities that were presented to him to gain experience and knowledge for his larger plans. With more than 7 years of knowledge in commercial and residential real estate consulting, he's previously worked with "Mckinsey" one of the leading consulting firms in the world in Chicago.


For the five years he was with Mckinsey and Mckinsey, he was involved in the strategic and operational aspects of insurance, infrastructure, as well as healthcare.


He also served as Chief of Staff at Medanta Medicity, spearheading key strategic initiatives for the CEO.


Harsh Binani was exposed to the latest workspaces in his time in the United States, which made it easy for him to decide on how he would like to proceed in the near future.


He took the decision on joining Neetish Sarda, who was producing with enthusiasm his new business, Smartworks.


Harsh Binani came to Smartworks in 2017 and brought in more energy, ideas and the best people skills to Smartworks' table.


After the joining of Harsh Binani with Neetish Sarda, Smartworks had an explosive growth which paved the way towards innovative ways of making the work spaces a more enjoyable experience.


At first Smartworks was initially designed as a collaborative working space, however Harsh Binani, and Neetish Sarda soon realized that there was a huge market and that there was no innovation in the way of services and technology or the audience it was targeting.


After narrowing down to clientele, they wanted to provide services to Harsh Binani they decided to break into the big enterprises which was a major challenge in itself.


Large corporations were already set in traditional Harsh Binani workspaces that had an established pattern and limited choices.


Through initial setbacks, feedback and even a few failures, Harsh Binani returned time and time again to the drawing board to develop a new idea of his ideas for what can be the key to change the mindset of the big enterprises.


After much research, changed methods and pitching ideas, it was done! Smartworks won their first contract which has always been a high track.
